  Yes, we are accessible by elevator and stairs at rink level at Rockefeller center.


  This exhibit may contain flashing lights that may trigger photosensitive epilepsy. Discretion is advised when attending HERO.

• What if I am late to my ticket time slot?

  As long as you arrive during our normal operating hours and there is no pre-existing event, we will still honor your tickets.

• Are there dining options around HERO?

  Rockefeller Center boasts a variety of dining options, from casual cafes to upscale restaurants. Whether you're craving a quick bite or a gourmet meal, you'll find something to satisfy your appetite within walking distance.

• Is there a gift shop where I can purchase souvenirs?

  Yes, we do have a gift shop! You’ll find HERO hats and exclusive Callisto/Sleepy Hollow bags, along with a selection of local New York farm products and artisan-made household goods. We also offer a curated selection of seasonal books from McNally Jackson and fun items for kids. It’s the perfect spot to find a special souvenir to remember your visit.
